Exchanges, Returns and Refunds

Any capitalized terms used in this policy, but not otherwise defined, will have the meaning given to such term in our Terms of Use. This policy is subject to our Terms of Use and in the event of any conflict between this policy and our Terms of Use, the Terms of Use will control.
ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
At Humbuld, we understand that life can be unpredictable and changes may be necessary. Once an order is submitted, we cannot modify the items on the order.
However, you have 120 minutes to cancel your order if needed. To cancel an order in that time frame, please contact us as soon as possible. Due to our efficient order and fulfillment processes, we cannot guarantee cancellations once an order is in progress. ContactUs@Humbuld.com
ADDRESS CHANGES OR INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICY
We value your satisfaction and understand that circumstances may change. To help ensure that your package arrives safely and on time, please double-check your shipping address at the time of checkout. Once an order is placed, you have 120 minutes to verify and request a change to your shipping address. If an item is shipped to an outdated or incorrect address, or otherwise returned as undeliverable, and returned to us, we will contact you for a current and deliverable address. If we do not receive an updated address within 5 days, the order will be refunded. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply in such cases. Should you need to update your shipping address after the order has shipped, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to request the necessary changes.
Updating the Address in Your Accounts
You can update the default shipping address associated with your account by logging into your account and entering a new shipping address in the applicable field. This will not affect the shipping address for any current orders in progress.
DAMAGED, LOST, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
At Humbuld, the safety and security of your purchases is important to us. Should you experience an issue with your delivery, email us at ContactUs@Humbuld.com.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. We aim to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition and resolve any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Humbuld will accept returns of items; you may return for refund if the Product meets the requirements of this policy. The Product must be returned in new condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories.

Damaged or Defective Products:
At Humbuld, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality Products. Products that arrive damaged or are defective are eligible for return if they otherwise meet the requirements of this policy. Please note that our team may request images of the damaged or defective Product before processing a return. At our option, we will either replace the defective Product or issue a refund. Please note: Replacement of a product is subject to availability at the time the return is processed.
Requesting a Return or Exchange
Requests for returns, refunds, or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date. Orders over 30 days from the delivery date are not eligible for a return, refund or exchange. Products purchased from our online store can only be returned or exchanged, and refunds will only be issued, as set forth in this policy. Products cannot be returned to any retailer or other third-party location.
To request a return, refund or exchange, contact us at ContactUs@humbuld.com. To ensure a quick resolution, please include your order number in your email. All returns, refunds and exchanges require proof of purchase. Products marked as “clearance”, “final sale,” or “not subject to return” may not be returned or exchanged.
Replacement Products for damaged and defective goods and Product exchanges will be shipped to the address in the original order. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. However, we reserve the right to offer a refund in the form of Humbuld Online Store credit at our discretion. See our Terms of Use for more information on store credits.
Humbuld has the right to reject any return that is not in accordance with this policy.
Original shipping and handling fees, as well as return postage charges, will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned or exchanged Products.
Refund and Exchanges Timeframe:
Refunds
Please allow three business days for Humbuld to process your refund request. Refunds typically appear 5-10 business days after processing. The exact timeframe may vary depending on your financial institution and the payment method used for the original purchase.
Exchanges
At our online store, we understand that exchanging a product can be a time-sensitive matter. We aim to make the process as smooth and efficient as possible. When a customer requests an exchange, we strive to respond within two business days. Once the exchange details are finalized through email, we ask that the customer mail the product back to us within seven days.
Please allow three business days for Humbuld to process your return package once Humbuld has received it. Once the item has been received by Humbuld and inspected and determined to be in acceptable condition, your new item will ship. Exchanges will be processed, and a new order will be placed within two business days following inspection.
